i booked half board, it included a lunch or dinner. therefore, i had to pay to use the italian restaurant. a refund of the vouchers would have showed great customer service.

i found the resort very inviting with great comforts. the location allows walking to several beaches. i found the staff very helpful and rooms super clean and well-equipped. breakfast offered amazing sweet and savory options, something i certainly enjoyed.
i noticed the long entrance road from the main street had no lights. it makes walking at night less safe. the hotel could improve this situation by installing simple lighting.

I loved encountering monkeys right on the hotel. Hotel staff helped keep us safe. i even saw a monkey steal a lobby cookie jar. It was really funny! the hotel setting is beautiful. The girls at the spa were amazing and attentive. the pool area felt relaxing and not too crowded.
the long driveway from the main road to the hotel lacks lights, making nighttime walks a bit uneasy.
