friendly staff big room free item
the staff are super friendly and helpful. the rooms are big, and they kept it clean every day. i even received fruit and yummy cakes, THAT'S a nice touch. the first mini bar items are free, WHAT A treat!
the driveway from the main road to the hotel is long and dark.

dreadful food quality limited range
The rooms were amazing as well as the facilities. It was just like the pictures.
i booked half board, it included a lunch or dinner. therefore, i had to pay to use the italian restaurant. a refund of the vouchers would have showed great customer service.

great comforts excellent location super clean room
i found the resort very inviting with great comforts. the location allows walking to several beaches. i found the staff very helpful and rooms super clean and well-equipped. breakfast offered amazing sweet and savory options, something i certainly enjoyed.
i noticed the long entrance road from the main street had no lights. it makes walking at night less safe. the hotel could improve this situation by installing simple lighting.

the hotel offers a well-equipped gym with several treadmills and stationary bikes, perfect for fitness routines. the pool area features ample loungers and shaded sections, it allows guests to relax comfortably. i found the grounds beautiful and well kept.

I loved encountering monkeys right on the hotel. Hotel staff helped keep us safe. i even saw a monkey steal a lobby cookie jar. It was really funny! the hotel setting is beautiful. The girls at the spa were amazing and attentive. the pool area felt relaxing and not too crowded.
the long driveway from the main road to the hotel lacks lights, making nighttime walks a bit uneasy.

The staff were freindly. And cute, and they couldn't do enough for you. i received helpful assistance from staff when monkeys were around. the spa services were really good and, for sure.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was very luxurious. my room and other common areas were kept in a pristine clean condition. I noticed this daily. my beautiful double room had a great ocean view. It was awesome!

the attentive staff impressed me everywhere was clean the breakfast had a good variety the quick assistance to my requests. this hotel stay was great with really good service. the staff's friendly demeanour stood out creating a cute atmosphere. i found the cleanliness throughout the hotel perfect which added to the overall positive experience. the convenient padang padang beach service was appreciated.
